Scott McClesky brought this in yesterday from their trip down the Thompson River over in the Lake Jocassee Drainage. Apparently the road from the Bad Creek Access Area is open during hunting season, allowing you to run shuttle on the Thompson. Looks fun, check it out.

A long time ago Britt Gentry (from clemson) made a movie called whitewater groove. There was a cool big slide in the video & i always wondered where it was. Question answered. Thompson. Very cool video Scott!
We like to save our best content for our subscriber DVDs, but wanted to share this piece with everyone. Right now in Canada there are literally hundreds of dams being built from the East to West Coast of the country. Other than to raise awareness we have no idea how to stop/slow it down. If you ever wanted to kayak in Canada best make your move.

The music sounds just like it did in “Whitewater Groove” I had forgotten about the road being open. Kirk is going to be pissed he didn’t get on it.
