Watauga Race Details
We just got off the phone with Eric Chance and everything is a go for the Watauga Race. If the water drops out we will keep trying each Saturday after. This is an unofficial gathering of friends to celebrate The Watauga River. Sunday we will have a river cleanup to hopefully pull some of the larger pieces of garbage out of the river. We’ll try and round some prizes up for competitors and hope to see everyone out there!
When: March, 27th (Race starts at 2PM, meeting at 1:30PM, plenty of time to get a practice run)
Where: Meet at putin, 1:30PM for racer meeting.
Format: Mass Start from putin to bottom of Stateline Falls
