Attain the previously untouchable realm of running larger waterfalls and even those that land on rock. Imagine being able to glide out past obstacles in your landing zone, or even take to flight on a really fast slide. 7 years of R&D and extensive testing of this new accessory have finally come to fruition in the form of one of the most useful innovations to hit the kayaking world in years.
Airplane grade Carbon Composite WingStays (TM) lie poised, ready to deploy as soon as you pull the trigger in your Huckin Hood(TM). As soon as you do, these babies unfold and expose their mylar/kevlar/carbon/kevlar/mylar (that’s 5 layers) laminate sails to the zephyrs which will carry you safely to your landing zone. Using a high pressure nitrogen deploy valve, these wings are guaranteed to deploy in 1/4sec as soon as you pull the trigger. Pull back on your OSH’s while tucked safely behind your HuckinHood(TM) and fly yourself to safety. The only question that remains is “How big and fast are you willing to go?”

Now to answer some of our recent comments:
We are not racist, the name Sambo is from a Russian Martial Arts Style.
We offer the best warranty in the business, if any DVD we ship you doesn’t work we will replace for free. As for warranting kayaks well lets just say that is one reason we are in the video production business.
The green color really is nice!
LVM, helping to spread the whitewater love now in HD!
IBS is often regarded as an uncomfortable, inconvenient condition of one’s bowels. Well, not anymore. LVM kayaks is proud to introduce the Integrated Backpack System. How is this different from other backpack systems you might ask? Simple. It’s built in the boat. The little yellow circles you see to your left are actually tiny, 3″ dia. hatches. When you are paddling, or not using the backpack, you simply lock them down with our watertight Screw Lock system and go on about your business. When it’s time to hoof it, open the hatches and attatched to them on the other side is a nice, padded, comfortable shoulder strap. There are hooks on the backside of the hatches as well, which conveniently clip into the back of your seat. The bottom end of the shoulder straps are affixed within the hatches by means of a free, 6″ bar that spans the open hole. Oh, and don’t forget the small, inflatable back pad which can double as a pillow for when you’re curled up in the fetal position thinking about your mother that night on Middle Kings.
Never forget your backpack again, and when IBS kick’s in it’s because you’ll be running the s#!t not s#!tting the runs!
Here’s a sneak peak at one of our paradigm shattering developments. This accessory is for our premium Creek Kayak, the Sambo. This boat earned its name from LVM’s late dog. One of the biggest, baddest dogs to date, Sambo was known to jump out of second story windows, and run away for days, surviving on whatever he scavenged/killed. This dog was tough to say the least, and chief designer, Toby MacDermott feels this boat is every bit as tough as Sambo was.
With the recent excitement surrounding running large waterfalls, we feel boat designs need to evolve as quick as this popular new aspect of the sport. One of the common problems associated with running these drops is what happens when you hit the water. You get slammed on your back deck, your paddle get’s ripped out of your hands, often leading to a dangerous swim.
The optionally attached Huckin’ Hood eliminates this. Here’s how it works: The Huckin’ Hood has “O.S.H.” (Oh S*%t Handles) secured inside of it. When the paddler runs a large drop, they can safely throw their paddle, and slide their hands into the hood. Here’s the catch: The OSH’s are actually quick releasing hand paddles which are secured within the hood. Upon safely reaching the bottom of the waterfall, the paddler simply removes their hand paddles and hand rolls to safety. We feel this development will help safely push the limits of our sport, while providing consumers with what they’ve been asking for.
We are really excited about this, post your thoughts in the comment tab at the top of the post…
We like to save our best content for our subscriber DVDs, but wanted to share this piece with everyone. Right now in Canada there are literally hundreds of dams being built from the East to West Coast of the country. Other than to raise awareness we have no idea how to stop/slow it down. If you ever wanted to kayak in Canada best make your move.
